Trillium Commercial Center
These photos are examples of the types of buildings that may be constructed in the Trillium Commercial Center. The images are used to portray building character, relationship to the street, massing, roof forms, and scale. The architectural styles shown may not be the final design.

The focus of the Trillium Commercial Center is to create a 'village' or 'downtown' atmosphere. Four-sided architecture, quality building materials, and pedestrian accessibility - along with streetscape amenities such as benches, lighting, planters, and landscaping - will be integrated.

Surrounding the Village Green, the Center will consist of a restaurant, grocery store, and many small commercial choices such as a drugstore, deli, ice-cream shop, coffee shop, dry-cleaner, gift shops, post office, barber shop/hair salon, and business offices. Some of these shops will be located in live-work units.

Both on-street and off-street parking will be provided, but strategically placed to provide pedestrian convenience and minimize parking lot views.
